Ⅰ. Mining Equipment
Mining Excavators: Used for ore extraction in open-pit mines, they offer high excavation efficiency and strong adaptability.
Loaders: Load excavated ore onto transport vehicles, enabling rapid ore transfer.
Transport Vehicles: Such as mining dump trucks and trains, transport ore from the mine to the beneficiation plant.
Ⅱ. Pre-processing Equipment
Crushing Equipment: These include jaw crushers, cone crushers, and impact crushers, used to break down large ore into a particle size suitable for grinding.
Screening Equipment: Such as vibrating screens, used to screen the crushed ore, removing oversized and undersized particles to ensure efficient grinding.
Ⅲ. Grinding Equipment
Ball Mills: Used to finely grind ore into a particle size suitable for flotation, they are key equipment in the beneficiation process.
Rod Mills (sometimes used): In certain circumstances, they can be used as an alternative to ball mills, providing a more uniform particle size distribution. Spiral classifiers or hydrocyclones: Used to classify ore after grinding to ensure the appropriate particle size for flotation.
IV. Flotation Equipment
Flotation cells: Core equipment in copper ore beneficiation, used to separate copper from gangue minerals. There are various types of flotation cells, including mechanical agitation cells and aeration cells.
Agitator tanks: Used for mixing slurry and adding reagents to ensure adequate preparation before flotation.
V. Dehydration and Drying Equipment
Concentrators: Used to concentrate concentrate slurry, reducing moisture content and improving concentrate grade.
Filters: Such as vacuum filters and filter presses, used to further remove moisture from concentrate to produce a dry copper concentrate.
Dryers: Dry the filtered concentrate to ensure the concentrate meets moisture requirements.
VI. Conveying and Auxiliary Equipment
Belt conveyors: Used to transport ore, slurry, and concentrate, enabling material transfer during the beneficiation process. Hoists: Used to lift ore vertically, ensuring smooth material flow to the next processing stage.
Pumps: Such as slurry pumps and clean water pumps, used to transport slurry and water, ensuring a smooth beneficiation process.
VII. Testing and Automation Equipment
Online testing instruments: Such as particle size analyzers and concentration meters, used to monitor slurry particle size and concentration in real time to ensure that beneficiation results meet requirements.
Automated control systems: Used to automate the entire beneficiation process, improving production efficiency and stability.
