Description

PF/PFV series impact crusher can process various coarse, medium and fine materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) with a side length not exceeding 500mm and a compressive strength not exceeding 250MPa. When working, the rotor rotates at high speed, and the material enters and is crushed by the hammer plate on the rotor, and then is impacted to the liner for further crushing, and finally discharged through the discharge port.

Limestone, granite, marble, basalt, iron ore, river pebbles, shale, lapis lazuli, coal, pebbles, construction waste, etc.

80 TPH Granite Crushing Production Line

We configured a PE500X750 and PYB900 cone crusher combined mobile station for the customer. The vibrating feeder feeds the granite below 400mm into the PE500x750 jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then it to the PYB900 cone crusher for secondary crushing. The vibrating screen is used to screen out the finished building materials required by the customer.

30-50 TPH Gold Ore Crushing Production Line

The customer required to produce powder below 1mm, and the output is 30-50 T/H, so we configure a fine crusher as the secondary crusher for the customer.

150 TPH Construction Waste Crushing Production Line
