CTB (N.S) series wet permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator, when the slurry enters the magnetic field area, the strongly magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the drum, the weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are thrown off and discharged, and the strongly magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the drum are taken out of the magnetic field area with the rotation of the drum, and flushed into the concentrate tank with flushing water to complete the sorting operation. It is suitable for wet sorting of fine-grained strongly magnetic minerals, or removing strongly magnetic minerals mixed with non-magnetic minerals.
It is suitable for processing iron ores with different magnetic properties and is currently the magnetic separation equipment with the highest magnetic separation efficiency.

This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with high production efficiency.
The magnetic field depth is large, the working gap is large, and it has a high processing capacity.
We configured a PE500X750 and PYB900 cone crusher combined mobile station for the customer. The vibrating feeder feeds the granite below 400mm into the PE500x750 jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then it to the PYB900 cone crusher for secondary crushing. The vibrating screen is used to screen out the finished building materials required by the customer.
