1. Crushing particle size control

The raw ore needs to be crushed to a size of 20-50mm to ensure that the physical state of the ore is suitable for the fine grinding requirements of the subsequent grinding stage. This particle size range can not only reduce the energy consumption of grinding, but also provide a reasonable basis for mineral dissociation.

2. Crushing process design

Generally, a closed-loop crushing process is adopted:
The first crushing uses SBKT jaw crusher for coarse or medium crushing; the second crushing uses SBKT cone crusher or hammer crusher for medium and fine crushing. The product needs to be graded by SBKT vibrating screen. The material on the screen returns to the crusher for further processing, and the material under the screen enters the ore storage bin to wait for grinding, forming a closed-loop control.

3. Equipment selection requirements

Coarse crushing equipment: SBKT jaw crusher is preferred, which has strong ability to process large ore and stable structure;
Medium and fine crushing equipment: SBKT cone crusher (high hardness) or SBKT hammer crusher (medium and low hardness) is selected according to the hardness of the ore; Shengbang Machinery will equip you with a vibrating screen that matches the crusher’s capacity, and the screen hole size is adjusted according to the target crushing particle size.

4. Process connection requirements

The crushing stage needs to be coordinated with the grinding system to ensure the uniformity of the particle size of the crushed products and the continuous feeding capacity, and to avoid load fluctuations on the grinding equipment.
