Ⅰ. Working principle
1. Material crushing process
The material falls into the gap between the two rollers from the upper feed port. The roller surface rolls the material into the extrusion zone through friction and gravity. The material is squeezed, sheared and ground between the rollers rotating in opposite directions, and finally crushed into the required particle size
2. Gap adjustment and protection mechanism
a. Particle size control: adjust the roller gap (usually 1-40mm) through wedges, gaskets or hydraulic devices to accurately control the particle size of the output
b. Overload protection: When encountering foreign objects such as metal, the roller automatically retreats to increase the gap to discharge foreign objects, and the hydraulic/spring device protects the core components of the equipment

III. Operation precautions
