When using a sand making machine, please note the following points to reduce wear and extend its service life!
1) Do not over-iron the crusher;
2) Do not start or stop the machine with material in the machine;
3) Do not operate the machine with overcurrent or low voltage;
4) Do not continue to operate the machine if it makes unusual noises;
5) Do not inspect or adjust the machine while it is running;
6) Do not feed the machine off-center;
7) Do not allow large pieces of material exceeding the maximum feed size specified by the equipment to enter the crushing chamber;
8) Do not operate the crusher if the lubricating oil is below 15°C;
9) Do not operate the crusher if the lubricating oil return temperature exceeds 60°C;
10) Stop operating the crusher if the lubricating oil filter is clogged;
11) Stop operating the crusher if the lubrication station alarm light is on;
12) Stop operating the crusher if the impeller is unbalanced;
13) For sand making machines with dual motors, do not start one motor before starting the other;
14) The lubrication station and main machine control cabinets should be interlocked to operate the crusher.
