Processing technology:
Granite processing is divided into four stages: coarse crushing by jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing by impact crusher or cone crusher, and sand making and packaging by sand making machine.
The first stage: coarsely crushed granite blocks are evenly fed by the vibrating feeder through the silo and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After coarse crushing, the materials are screened and transported by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing.
The second stage: medium and fine crushed materials are transported to the impact crusher/cone crusher. After medium and fine crushing, the granite is screened by the circular vibrating screen, and the larger particles are returned to the impact crusher/cone crusher for further crushing.
The third stage: sand making sends the crushed granite to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If clean granite is required, it can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
The fourth stage: packaging The finished dried materials are packaged and stored.
